Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

• You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Provide accurate, current information; promptly update changes.

• End Users: discover salons, select services, choose professionals, book, and pay.
• Salon Owners/Admins: manage salons, branches, services, pricing, schedules, staff, and view bookings.
• Glowante operates a technology platform; salons provide the actual services to end users.

• Booking details (selected services, professional, date/time) are shown before checkout; review carefully.
• Salons are solely responsible for service delivery, quality, and compliance with applicable laws and hygiene/safety standards.
• Appointment start times are estimates; minor delays may occur.

• Prices, fees, taxes, and any applicable surcharges are disclosed at checkout. Final payable amounts appear prior to confirmation.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Card details are transmitted directly to the processor and are not stored by Glowante.
• You authorize charges for booked services and any adjustments (e.g., add-ons, changes agreed at the salon).
• Salon owners are responsible for reporting and remitting taxes associated with their sales unless required otherwise by law.

• Cancellation and refund rules may vary by salon and service. The applicable policy is shown at booking and/or in the salon’s listing.
• No-show fees or late cancellation fees may apply per the displayed policy.
• Platform or payment processing fees, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless required by law.

• Provide accurate business information, pricing, availability, and service descriptions; keep them up to date.
• Ensure staff qualifications, hygiene, and safety standards; comply with local regulations and licensing.
• Honor bookings and listed policies; communicate changes promptly to customers through the platform where possible.

• Arrive on time and provide accurate information (e.g., contact details, relevant preferences or contraindications).
• Respect salon staff and property; follow posted or communicated policies.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and legitimate bookings.

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or payment abuse.
• Interference with platform security, scraping, reverse engineering except as permitted by law.
• Posting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

The platform, including software, logos, and design elements, is owned or licensed by Glowante and protected by IP laws. Salon trademarks, logos, and content remain their property.

Glowante grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps and admin panel in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

• Reviews must be truthful and respectful. We may moderate or remove content violating these Terms or applicable law.
• Feedback you submit may be used by Glowante without obligation to you.

We integrate third-party services (e.g., payments, analytics, notifications). Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Salons, not Glowante, are responsible for the services they provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowante will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Glowante (if any) for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 10,000.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glowante and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for actual or suspected violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or to protect the platform or users. You may stop using the services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or admin panel. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
